The meeting between Pauline, PhD in acoustics, and Maxime, PhD in auditory perception, started the creation and development of a new and original way of crafting instruments.

Unbelievable!! Super easy to blow. Very bright sound. Altissimo much easier to achieve. I had to go up a half size in reeds. So impressed I bought another SYOS for my tenor sax. I will be buying a third for my Alto but will go medium dark this time as I feel the Spark is too powerful in a concert band and pit band.
