To be sure that you make the right choice, we have developed an equivalence system to know which opening to choose at SYOS according to the mouthpiece you already have.

This is only available in Mystic Purple with a Free Lava Orange Flower ligature - the color combination she has been using on tour.

Shipping & Returns

Syos orders are shipped with standard or express shipping (the option is chosen on checkout). For every order containing one or several mouthpieces, there is an additional 3 to 5 days production time. The shipping time depends on the shipping method and on the shipping country (for the US, express is 2 days and standard is 10).

Product exchanges and refunds are available during 30 days after the reception of the order. To request a product return, get your order ID and visit our return portal. Please note that saxophone and clarinet reeds are non exchangeable and non refundable.

Lorren Chiodo's signature mouthpiece has a raised circular baffle and a large chamber, which gives a powerful and medium bright sound while keeping some flexibility and warmth in the tone.

Lorren Chiodo is a world-class multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, producer, and composer from Melbourne, Australia. Recognized for her signature tone, quality, and melodic improvisational style, Lorren's inimitable stage presence and technical precision have taken her to arenas, stadiums, and studios worldwide, performing and recording with several notable pop-stars and artists. After graduating from Berklee in 2019, Lorren embarked on a thrilling journey as a core member of Harry Styles' “Love On Tour”, enchanting sold-out audiences worldwide at iconic venues such as Madison Square Garden and Wembley Stadium. From headlining Coachella 2022, to late night television appearances on shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live, Lorren continues to cement her place as a pioneer of live Saxophone and FX as a pop touring essential in today’s music industry. She is currently on a North American arena tour with Umi for Jhene Aiko’s “The Magic Hour Tour”.

Lorren’s own music runs the gamut from soft songwriter to edgy electro-pop that perfectly blends her saxophone and vocal performance. With “infectious zeal and unique talent” (Ramona Magazine), Lorren continues to prove herself as a true artistic force. Her debut EP, "Brain Pain," self-produced in tandem with esteemed producer Justin Stanley, released this summer.

Lorren graduated with a Bachelor of Music Degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, majoring in both Film Scoring and Music Performance, and currently lives in Los Angeles. Lorren is endorsed by Eventide Audio, SYOS, Key Leaves and D’Addario Woodwinds.

Syos stands for Shape Your Own Sound. The technology and the science behind our saxophone and clarinet mouthpieces come from years of research at IRCAM, the worldwide reference in terms of acoustics and sound technologies.

The meeting between Pauline, PhD in acoustics, and Maxime, PhD in auditory perception, started the creation and development of a new and original way of designing instruments.

Syos ships to most of the countries in the world except those of South America and Central America, Iran, Nigeria, North Korea, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Turkey and Russia.

As the mouthpieces are made-to-order, please expect a manufacturing time ranging from 3 to 5 days. The delivery time then varies depending on the destination country and if you choose an express or regular shipping.
