The shipping time depends on the shipping method and on the shipping country (for the US, express is 2 days and standard is 10).

Product exchanges and refunds are available during 30 days after the reception of the order. To request a product return, get your order ID and visit our return portal. Please note that saxophone and clarinet reeds are non exchangeable and non refundable.

Dan Forshaw is one of the most influential Vloggers in the world of the saxophone. Forshaw is one of the UK’s leading experts on the legendary saxophonist, John Coltrane and has had a number of articles published on John Coltrane’s music & theology. Excellent sounding and easy to play

Before this mouthpiece, I was using a Jody Jazz Custom Dark 5*. I found this mouthpiece in a 7* to be easy to play and every bit as dark. Remarkably, the low notes were much easier to play than any mouthpiece I’ve played and intonation was very even throughout the range.

Bonjour à toute l'équipe. J'ai pris un peu de temps pour écrire mon avis car je voulais essayer mon bec. Je jouais avant avec un otto link 8 et j'ai pris un bec Dan Forshaw 8. Quelle facilité pour sortir toutes les notes de mon tenor. Je suis moins fatigué à la fin d'un concert et la netteté et la clarté sont toujours là. Je joue avec des anches légères en 2 1/2 et le son est toujours bon. Il est vrai que le bec et la partie la plus importante de l'instrument et ce bec est vraiment excellent en puissance, facilité, clarté. Que vous dire de plus qu'il faut l'essayer et vous l'adopterez sans aucun doute. Bravo à Syos pour vos becs qui nous font re-découvrir notre instrument. Merci

Syos ships to most of the countries in the world except those of South America and Central America, Iran, Nigeria, North Korea, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Turkey and Russia.

As the mouthpieces are made-to-order, please expect a manufacturing time ranging from 3 to 5 days. The delivery time then varies depending on the destination country and if you choose an express or regular shipping.
