From a very young age, I have always been fascinated by the creative fulfillment that customization provides. The design team at SYOS completely understood what I was looking for in a mouthpiece, and being a part of the creative process was one of the coolest experiences. Thank you SYOS for making music a joy for creative people like myself, beyond the music making process itself.

No mouthpiece has ever delivered the consistency and flexibility that I get from my SYOS. It is incredibly reed friendly and makes playing the saxophone feel 100% easier!

Since I started playing SYOS, I’ve been able to express myself more concisely. Dynamic range is much more flexible and the intonation is fantastic. I got the warm, dark sound I was looking for without sacrificing volume or tone.

SYOS' mouthpieces designs grant me a very unique flexibility, and flexibility is the name of the game when you are hitting in a musical pit one night, doing a bigband the next, or even for a wedding, commercial, or recording setting... The personality of tonality I am afforded also bodes well for improvisation, and leading one's own music. I can switch from a role of accompaniment to that of expressing the sound in my head, translated and communicated through my horns, all of which wouldn't be possible without a SYOS mouthpiece, of course.

According to me, SYOS has succeeded to innovate in a market which is said clogged in terms of innovations : they developped good listening capacities coupled with the mastery of modern technology. Moreover, the exchanges I had with the team during my mouthpieces creation process were a privileged moment which is, I think, important for musicians: feeling heard and accompanied in the quest of the perfect gear.

I fell in love with Syos when I first tried my bandmate's model and was super jealous of the power, response and flexibility of tone. Fortunately my old mouthpiece broke shortly afterwards and Syos instantly came to my rescue! It's definitely added a new flavour to my live improvisations- I'll be sticking with Syos from now on!

My SYOS mouthpiece gives me the most versatility and ease of playing of any mouthpiece I've ever played. I can access soft, warm, breathy tones and red-hot laser fusion jazz shred tones all on the same mouthpiece. Seriously, this thing does everything!

I am happy to play this Syos mouthpiece! Over the years of practice, I have tried many mouthpieces of different manufacturers, but today, playing Syos, I can confidently say that this is the best mouthpiece that I have ever played.
