Ueli Dörig is a multi-instrumentalist, music educator, and performing artist. He grew up in Rorschach, Switzerland, where he received a bachelor’s degree in education.
After some years of teaching, as well as serving as a SWISS ARMY musician, he went on to study at the BERKLEE COLLEGE OF MUSIC in Boston, where he graduated with distinction in both Performance and Jazz Composition. Ueli lives in Canada’s Capital Region (Ottawa/Gatineau) since 2007, where he writes educational music books published by BERKLEE PRESS, HAL LEONARD, and ROYAL MUSIC PRESS.
