Wenbo Feng is currently working on his doctor degree as saxophone performance at University of North Texas. In 2016-2019, Wenbo was a teaching fellow in University of North Texas. Assisting the Saxophone studio events and teaching weekly saxophone lessons and quartet coaching to undergraduate music major students. In 2018, Wenbo joined Mountain View college as saxophone adjunct professor. In 2019 Wenbo joined Royal Music Academy as winds and percussion director of royal music academy. In the same year, Wenbo has been chose as a First Place Winner (College Students and Professional Musicians Category) of the American Protégé International Woodwinds & Brass Competition 2019. Wenbo not only as saxophonist but also composer. In 2014, Wenbo is going to North American Saxophone Alliance Biennial Conference in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne, and he gave two performances at the conference: one is his own composition—Windtalker. In 2015, Wenbo Feng permitted another two of his own works, Bridge and Phoenix, on 37th International Saxophone Symposium at Washington D.C. In 2020, Wenbo give his new work Ranbu as a world premiere for North American Saxophone Alliance Biennial conference at Arizona State University. In 2021, Wenbo was published his first book : Advance Scale and Technical Patterns for Saxophone.
