Before trying out Syos, I played standard mouthpieces with big tip openings for years. I kept the same habit with my Syos models. I was positively surprised with how much easier the highest notes pop out and how much control I have in pianissimo. Those 3D-printed pieces are great and there seem to exist models for each taste.
