Sungju Kim, also known as SJ Sax, is a pioneering YouTuber in the saxophone community. Through his channel, he shares a wealth of knowledge about the saxophone, offering reviews and lessons to his audience.
Before launching his YouTube career, he studied jazz and musical instruments in Japan. During his time there, he performed extensively, gaining a strong reputation in the Japanese music scene. His impressive performances earned him an endorsement from Ishibashi.
Upon returning to Korea, he focused on creating his own music, releasing several albums that showcase his unique style. As an artist who blends fusion and pop music, SJ Sax is in high demand as a session player, traveling frequently for performances.
In addition to his solo work, he leads his own band, performing original music at some of South Korea's most renowned jazz clubs.
