Do you remember the Syos challenges in 2020?
During the pandemic, we gave 10 challenges to our community of saxophone and clarinet players and we received thousands of awesome videos, and we really had a lot of fun!
And I was missing that… The fun videos from you, not the pandemic…
So I thought that summer would be a great time to do it again.
This time it will be only 3 challenges but there are still mouthpieces and reeds to win!
The 3 challenges will be launched on the 17th, the 21st and the 25th of July at 2pm french time on Instagram (and also on this page). You will have 48 hours to post your video on Instagram, tag us (@syosmusic) and use the hashtag #syoschallenges2023. If you don't have an Instagram account you can also participate by sending your video to contest@syos.co.
Everyone who plays saxophone and/or clarinet can enter the competition, even if you don't have a Syos mouthpiece :)
On the 20th, 24th and 28th at 2pm I will put the best videos on our Instagram page and we will ask people to vote during 24h. The first one will get 50 points, the second 30 points and the third 20 points and all the other participants will get 10 points.
At the end of the 3 challenges we will count the points and the winners will be announced on the 31st of July!
The first one will win a Custom mouthpiece, the second one will get a Signature or an Original mouthpieces and the third one will win 2 boxes of Arcane Reeds.

Challenge n°1:
For this challenge we were inspired by Moon Hooch in this video:
So for this first challenge, I want you to make a duet with your saxophone/clarinet and a strange instrument.
You have until the 19th of July at 2pm CEST to post or send me you videos! Let's go :)

Challenge n°2:
For this challenge we were inspired by Karsten Belt:
We want you to add a saxophone or a clarinet solo to a song that doesn't have one.
For this challenge I will give you a little bit more time, so you have until the 24th at 9am CEST to send me your videos!
